Directions
Making the Syrup: Combine every components in a pot, bring to a light boil, stirring to dissolve. Next, remove from the heat allowing it to reach room temperature fully. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, close it keeping it chilled, where it will keep for about a month.
To make Premix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it best through a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of your premix into your stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute until cold. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with some cranberries and finish using a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
